In fall 2009, I received a olive tree sapling at an ecology rally, and at Christmastime, it had grown a little but couldn't support much Christmas decoration beyond a little tinsel.


Last year it could take more tinsel.


This year it's a proper tree.



Happy holidays, be yours Hanukkah, Solstice, Yule, Festivus, Christmas, Kwanzaa, Boxing Day — or Holy Innocents Day on December 28, which in Spain is like April Fool's Day, so beware.
