Broad Pod is a podcast featuring members of Broad Universe, an organization dedicated to promoting, honoring, and celebrating women writers of speculative fiction. It's famous for its rapid-fire readings at conventions.

Broad Pod is a web-based version of those readings. Each participant shares five minutes of her work in science fiction, fantasy, and horror.

Every month brings a different theme and a different group of authors. This month all the works are about women, since it's Women’s History Month – and who knows women better than Broads?
